Error, of course. Bad, exactly. But jail time? Nuts.I'm not at all saying he should not have been punished. Not at all. But Richard Heene order to do time in prison is a very simple, stupid, and wasteful of taxpayer money. Which laid down the sentence, the judge did not give the matter a moment of creative thinking. It's just determined to mob rule. Reminds me of Frankenstein, where the masses of screaming bubble-headed townspeople want nothing but the burning-at-steak, from the so-called "monster".
